Lorenzo No Prob-Llama Card

This is Lorenzo the Llama, he is from Technique Tuesday. He has lots of great sentiments! I thought I would keep it clean and simple for my first Lorenzo card.

At one point in my youth, we lived in a neighborhood that was in the middle of farmland. A neighbor owned two llamas and kept them at one of the farms. I would go observe, but I never got close enough to get spit upon!

Supplies: Stamps – Technique Tuesday, paper – Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Stampin’ Up! Pacific Point, inks – Copics B06, C1, E33, E41, R29, R81, VersaFine Onyx Black, embossing powder – Ranger clear.

What the Flock Flamingo Card

I was gifted some new stamps & dies for my birthday (Offspring3 looks out for me – she feeds my crafting habit!), and these flamingos were in the group.

This sentiment made me giggle. I do remember hearing, “let’s get the flock out of here” around the house, maybe in my teens. My Dad is a fan of a play on words.

Supplies: Stamps – Technique Tuesday, paper – Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Stampin’ Up! Calypso Coral, Smoky Slate, inks – Copics C1, C3, C7, R0000, R02, R11, R13, R14, RV04, RV11, VersaFine Onyx Black, die – Technique Tuesday, embossing powders Filigree Fine Art Powder clear, Ranger clear.

Sunflowers in Progress

coloring sunflowers

I am working on a sunflower thank you card project. Trying to get the colors right in the various coloring mediums I own. I do really like the watercolored one (top right), but I don’t like the color of that scrap of watercolor paper (too creamy).

Close to Cocoa (retired), Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Summer Sun (retired), Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors.
