Jet Trails Thinking of You Note Card

This background paper reminded me of Offspring2 and his time lapse photography.

Here is one of his photos:

The photo was taken in our front yard, the dotted lines are star trails (created by the rotation of the earth within the time lapse period), the curved trails are planes going out of BWI.

Here is a link to his portfolio if you are interested in seeing more of his work:  Jonathan’s portfolio  .

Supplies:  Stamp – Papertrey Ink, paper – Carta Bella Passport, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Stampin’ Up! Basic Black, ink – VersaFine Onyx Black, die – Stampin’ Up!, embossing powder – Stampendous Detail clear.

Tulips Thinking of You Card

Since spring is blooming here, I pulled out my tulips stamp. I am waiting rather impatiently for my tulips to bloom – maybe it will be TODAY.

When I stamped the tulips, the ink would not dry…I ultimately had to pull out my heat gun to dry it. I didn’t realize until I was photographing that the paper I thought was Neenah white card stock was Bristol card stock – OOPS. Not what I intended.  (And it bothers me that the whites don’t match – but that is a personal problem!  🙂  )

Supplies:  Stamps – Hero Arts, Papertrey Ink, paper – Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Stampin’ Up! YoYo Yellow (retired), Strathmore Bristol, Taylored Expressions Cookie Monster, inks – Stampin’ Up! Coastal Cabana (retired), Gumball Green (retired), YoYo Yellow (retired), VersaFine Clair Twilight, dies – Lawn Fawn (stitched rectangle), Simon Says Stamp (banner), embossing powder – Stampendous Detail clear.
