  1. Love it! I have a mask from that same Day of the Dead material!
    Wish I could sew!

    • That fabric is great! (Offspring3 found it at WalMart.) I have been sewing for more years that I want to say out loud – my mother knew how to sew, I took an interest in her sewing machine. Thanks for your comment!

  2. Really nice fabric choices. Which pattern are you using. Looks well fitted. Ours are looking a bit worn out too.

    • Terry, I went down the rabbit hole of YouTube mask patterns. I tried 5 different styles, I settled on 2 – one is a “batwing” style (my parents like this one a lot), the other has a pleat at the chin and a reverse nose fold (great for under the glasses). If you want, I can e-mail you links to the videos of those 2 – let me know. Fabrics for the most part are just fat quarters Offspring3 and I have seen out and about (Joann’s, Hobby Lobby, WalMart). I have ordered some specific (camera pattern fabric) from Esty.
