Someone (Offspring3) had a birthday recently.
I have dragged my feet getting on the Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress Oxide Ink Pad bandwagon. Do I need Distress Oxide inks? I don’t know! I finally bought 2 colors (Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean) that I know I will use, just to play with them and determine if I like them enough to buy more. The jury is still out, I have to try blending them. I thought they would stamp more solidly than the results I got with this background (note: I stamped 4 pieces of this background while I had the stamps on my MISTI).
My mother’s angiogram went well yesterday. We have an appointment to discuss options with the neurosurgeon in the near future.
Supplies: Stamps – Essentials by Ellen, Papertrey Ink, paper – Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Stampin’ Up! Basic Black, inks – Hero Arts Unicorn, Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress Inks Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, die – Lawn Fawn, sequins – Pretty Pink Posh, embossing powder – Filigree Fine Art Powder clear.

I’m so happy things went well. I like the card. I don’t know anything about the inks but your results are lovely. Happy birthday to offspring 3

Thanks so much for your kind words, Terry! I dropped Offspring3 at the airport this morning (4:45am) – destination: Mexico.
