I know. I have come across it through work sometimes. So hard for the families to cope with.

It has to be difficult for the family left behind. That being said, I am hoping my parents eventually go “together” like that – they would be so sad without the other.

Yes, we lost my dad a few years ago and mum’s life gas changed so much. You have a good point.

I kind of envision my parents going like the end of “The Notebook” – together, in their sleep. I am so sorry for your loss, Gillian. I hope your mother is weathering the changes.
