I needed a birthday card, yellow being the desired color. I added Stickles (glitter glue) on some of the petals.
I went out on Sunday, inspecting the mulch beds for any more bulb action. I FOUND FLOWERS BLOOMING! Mini irises and the crocuses that I had not even seen greenery for just a few days ago.
Supplies: Stamps – Hero Arts, Papertrey Ink, paper – Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Stampin’ Up! Pear Pizzazz, inks – Stampin’ Up! Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz, VersaFine Smokey Gray, glitter – Stickles Icicle, embossing powder – Filigree Fine Art Powder clear, organdy ribbon – Offray.

Lovely card. Yellow is just right for the time of year. Do you, like me, wish that ranunculus had a different name? I love the flower itself, but I always feel it is more like naming a malady than a bloom! Nice to see your garden plants showing through!

YES, I wish it had a different name! I have to Google the correct spelling every time I blog that set. We are warm again today – I will have to go check for more flowers.

Glad you do the Googling, because I can just copy your spelling, knowing it is bound to be right!

Just because I Googled it doesn’t mean that my fingers executed the task correctly! 😉

I am doing well, Kathy. Gotten a little busy with writing and other things, is all. You seem to be pretty busy too. Love the cards you post quite frequently.
