Falling Hearts Thinking of You Card

falling hearts thinking of you blended

I made this for Robin, the owner of HorseSpirit Arts Gallery. She is front and center in my thoughts since the flash flood of Historic Ellicott City on July 30th (I posted about the flooding HERE ).

She was in the building Sunday and Monday to remove art, with artists and friends helping. It sounds like the air was toxic. Hoping everyone involved recovers quickly!

(I volunteered for the removal team, but, alas, my lack of a smartphone (no ability to get mass notification to mobilize quickly) knocked me off the list.  Then, I realized that it was a good thing I got knocked off the list –  my asthma and allergies – mold is such a big trigger for me.)

There is a gofundme page for Robin and HorseSpiritArts:

HorseSpirit Arts Gallery Rebuilding

Or to help Historic Ellicott City in general, you can donate through the EC Partnership .

Supplies: Stamp – Stampin’ Up!, paper – Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Stampin’ Up! Green Galore (retired), Tempting Turquoise, Strathmore Bristol, inks – Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress Ink Tumbled Glass, Twisted Citron, VersaFine Onyx Black, die – Lawn Fawn, stencil – Simon Says Stamp, embossing powder – Filigree Fine Art Powder clear, organdy ribbon – Offray.

  1. Those scattered hearts are so cute. I like the colour gradation too.
