Today’s card was inspired by two Lilly Pulitzer prints – You Gotta Regatta and Out to Sea. Also this post from last year, Repurposed Lilly Pulitzer Postcard .
Geez, and maybe this post, SSS Sail Away by Laura Bassen . I don’t remember how long this background has been on my craft table. I would hate to not give inspirational credit where it is due!
Really, what’s not to like about bright, happy sailboats?
I stamped the sailboat pattern, and then watercolored a bit of Pool Party ink around the boats with an aqua brush.
This is another sentiment from the Simon Says Stamps Uplifting Thoughts stamp set – love it!
