“Twister” Inspired Card

we got cows

Offspring3 and I will flip channels and land on movies we know by heart…you know the ones, you don’t have to stay directly in front of the TV to know what is going on, you can be working on something and still be occupied without being confused.

One of our favorites is “Twister”, starring Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton from 1996.

I drew in the tornado with Copic markers, used an ink blending tool to put some blue sky around the tornado and the cows. I fussy cut the one in the tornado. Used my old DYMO label maker for the sentiment.

Offspring3 was thrilled to receive this in the snail mail this week.

Supplies: Stamp – Stampin’ Up!, paper – Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Stampin’ Up! Basic Gray, Wild Wasabi, inks – Copic 110, C00, C1, C3, R81, Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress Ink Tumbled Glass, VersaFine Onyx Black, DYMO label maker, embossing powder – Filigree Fine Art Powder clear.
