Offspring3 gave me a Vera Bradley notebook for Christmas (I keep track of lots of different things, a pretty notebook would be nice…I’ve been using all the extra composition books left over from elementary and middle school days!). I started using it recently for a journal, and I just love the pattern.
To make the faux cheery blossoms on my card, I used my favorite Stampin’ Up! Pleasant Poppies stamp (which, it was just announced this week, is retiring), colored with Copic Markers.
Supplies: Stamps – Stampin’ Up!, paper – Papertrey Ink White, Stampin’ Up! Melon Mambo, inks – Copic 100, C3, RV11, RV14, RV19, YG03, VersaFine Onyx Black, Smoky Gray, die – Taylored Expressions, embossing powder – Filigree Fine Art Powder clear.
