Ravens Birthday Card

sparkly ravens birthday

This card started when I found these raven stickers on clearance in Michael’s a few weeks ago.

recollections ravens

I knew I was going to use them on a card for my sibling’s birthday. Just not quite sure HOW.

Until I stumbled upon the blog post titled “Stampin’ Up! Inspiration Saturday “ (posted on October 11, 2014) on the Scrapbook and Cards Today Blog .

I was inspired by the use of the spiral border punch on the card with the French sentiment (3rd card down). I definitely knew how I wanted to frame my raven stickers.

The funny thing is, I even have a filmstrip die that the raven stickers would fit into perfectly…but I can never get the paper out of the die after I cut it without ripping it to bits.
