Papertrey Ink’s current Make It Monday challenge (#146), is to make an angled (more or less patchwork) background.
The patterned paper here was salvaged from the inside of my Vera Bradley birthday month coupon card (not used). I used the pattern to pick the rest of the colors. The example was with horizontal stripes, but vertical stripes worked better for my layout (more patterned paper visable).
