Here is the second card I made for the Runway Inspired Challenge – ric#41.
I was inspired by the colors and the curve of the ruffles/layers of the dress. I used a mix of Clorox Bleach Pen and regular Clorox Bleach to freehand paint the curving figure. I was not sure what color I would end up with after I bleached the Perfect Plum cardstock…I was thinking almost white, and I planned to stamp Cameo Coral flowers over the bleached area. But, surprisingly, the plum cardstock bleached out to be a combination of Blushing Bride and Pink Pirouette. I added die cut flowers over the swoosh instead.

Offpring3 offered the opinion that the swoosh background was reminiscent of a Wild Berry Pop Tart. Very true! Why didn’t I see that before??!
