Runway Inspired Challenge – ric#41 – Card 1

ric41 card 1

The current Runway Inspired Challenge – ric#41 just has me mesmerized. I have this card completed, and at least two others in progress on my craft table.

I decided to use the floral influence, and the colors to create an ombre cascade of tiny flowers. I dotted the center of each flower with a Sakura glitter pen (difficult to see on the photo – look at the flowers on the top right).

Here is the inspiration piece, by Zac Posen (didn’t you love the way he gave it back to Sandro on Project Runway this week??):

  1. LOVE the design and details. Your use of Sakura flowers (and Sakura gel pen) really paid off! The result is simply fabulous! Way to tackle this Runway photo! Thanks so much for joining the fun with us over Runway Inspired Challenge!

  2. Love the ombré flower background. Yes, that what awesome how Zachary Posen responded to Sandro… I had to rewind to see that twice lol…

  3. Talk about a perfect sentiment to go with a great interpretation of the photo! Well done 🙂
